Course Structure

Our free 6 week course is comprised of 2-hour sessions that explore how you can play a part in your own recovery, whether that is through medication, nutrition or simply education about your brain chemistry when depressed.

Sometimes understanding that depression is a physical illness can be the start of your journey to recovery.

To ensure everything that is discussed is done so with the most up-to-date research and guidance, we have expert speakers for each week to guide discussions.
